Accused could not be indicted in murder

ISLAMABAD
Persons accused in Dr Imran Farooq murder case could not be indicted Thursday while their judicial remand was extended till January, 5. Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad led by judge Kausar Abbass Zaidi took up Imran Farooq murder case for hearing.
Barrister Muhammad Saif filed his power of attorney on behalf of accused Moazzam Ali. He prayed the court to shift Moazzam Ali to PIMS hospital in connection with eyes operation.
The court sought report about eyes of accused Moazzam Ali. The accused persons nominated in the case could not be indicted.
The petitions regarding jurisdiction of court would be put to arguments on next hearing.
The court while extending judicial remand of the accused persons till January, 5 adjourned the hearing of the case.
