FIA arrests two more Chinese citizens, big revelations made

FAISALABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Saturday arrested two more Chinese citizens for alleged involvement in human trafficking.
According to sources within FIA, the two Chinese citizens were arrested from Eden Garden area of Faisalabad.
According to FIA officials, the arrested Chinese citizens made big revelations in front of the police and identified some more of their accomplices. The arrested suspects will be produced before the court for seeking remand.
A day earlier, FIA caught two more Chinese attempting to traffic three Pakistani girls abroad via Islamabad Airport.
According to FIA, the caught Chinese belong to the same gang involved in smuggling women and fake marriages.
It is to be noted that more than 15 Chinese nationals have been apprehended within the country by authorities in the same offence.
Government of China has also got involved, assuring Pakistan’s government of its cooperation for probe into the affair.
