Pak-Afghan agreed on extending cooperation in field of health

Tehran: Pakistan and Afghanistan have agreed on extending mutual co-operation in the field of health. Special advisor to PM for health Dr Zafar met with minister for health of Afghanistan in Tehran. Both leaders agreed on mutual co-operation in the field of health. Afghan Minister for health thanked Pakistani government and people upon construction of three hospitals in Kabul, Jalal Abad and Logar by Pakistan. He said hospitals are the reflection of friendship between both countries. He said hospitals are furnished with state of the art medical facilities. Both leaders also agreed upon cooperation for eradication of polio infectious and non-infectious diseases. Dr Zafar Mirza said that in order to make inter-border cooperation better, meeting of related officials of border areas of both countries would be called soon. Our Correspondent
