Pesco Surveillance team raided in different areas of Peshawar

Peshawar:On the directions of Chief Executive Pesco Anwar UlHaqYousafzai drive against illegal use of electricity has been accelerated throughout the Province.
In this connection PescoSurveillanceWapda House team raided in different areas of Peshawar, Mardan and SwatCirclesand nabbed 76 more electricity stealers.
According to details during checking in the areas of Nisata sub division 10 Domestic consumers including a flour mill were caught for illegal use of electricity. Similarly during the checking in the areas of Town-2 sub division Peshawar display of 20 meters was found wash for electricity theft.
Similarly during the checking in the areas of Mardan-1 and Mardan-2 Divisions, 25 electricity theft cases were nabbed. Similarly in the areas of Swat Circle 21 persons were nabbed for electricity theft.
Drive against illegal use of electricity and direct hooks will continue, PESCO has once again warned to stop power pilferage in the larger interest of the nation, due to which PESCO has to face financial losses on one hand and on the other hand PESCO’s whole distribution system gets over loaded and the general public faces inconvenience of frequent power break downs.
