PM rightly reflects aspirations of Kashmiris

Political and International experts here Tuesday termed the address of Prime Minister Imran Khan to the nation in the wake of Pulwama incident was highly inclusive, bold and reflected the wishes and aspirations of people of Kashmir and Pakistan.
Nasir Khan Musazai, Member National Assembly told APP that Prime Minister Imran Khan has bravely responded to all the allegations of India in wake of Pulwama attack and expressed the hope that Modi Govt will positively response to his offer regarding investigation of Pulwama incident.
“The road to peace in South Asia is passing through Kashmir and resolution of this core issue is must for lasting peace in the region,” he said.
The PTI leader said PM Imran Khan has rightly said Kashmir issue can’t be resolved through use of military force rather can be addressed through peaceful dialogue as per wishes of Kashmiris.
He expressed the hope that India will positively reciprocate to the great offer of Prime Minister Imran Khan regarding investigation of Pulwama attack and will share actionable intelligence information with Government of Pakistan.
“Pakistan is a nuclear power with a strong professional army and fully capable to give befitting response to any misadventure on part of India,” he said, adding Pakistan’s desire for peace should not be considered its weakness.
Retired Information Officer Misal Khan also termed PM’s address comprehensive and bold, saying Pakistan is herself became victim of terrorism for last 15 years as around 70000 people including security personnel were martyred and hundreds of thousands injured besides disabled for life.
“No one can know the pains and sufferings faced by Pakistanis after losing their loved ones in bombs and suicide blasts during past 15 years. “How Pakistan will benefit from Pulwama like incidents” he questioned.
Soon after Pulwama incident, he said Indian leadership and media like the past have leveled baseless allegations against Pakistan without any evidence, hurting sentiments of millions of people in our country.
“Thousands of Kashmiris blinded due to excessive use of pellet guns in Indian Held Kashmir (IoK) besides extra judicial killings and grave human rights violations is almost a routine matter in the held valley.”
Misal Khan urged International Community and UN to press India to stop human rights violations in IOK and gave right of self determination to people of Indian occupied Kashmir as pledge with them by UN Security Council.
“The Independence Movement in IOK has entered in decisive phase and time is not far when people of the held valley would get freedom from Indian yoke,” Misal Khan told APP.
Economist expert, Sumbul Raiz also termed video address of Prime Minister Imran Khan wide-ranging, bold and praised him for effective and timely response to all allegations of India.
She said India’s constant stubbornness on Kashmir issue besides Modi Govt suffering from war hysteria had put peace of entire South Asia at stake and India will be held responsible if law and order situation become worsened in subcontinent.
She said PM has rightly warned that if India thinks it will attack Pakistan then we will not just think but strongly retaliate. But the PM at the same time has offered investigation into Pulwama incident by winning hearts and minds of people.
The senior economist said millions of people in India are living below poverty line and it would be better for Modi Govt to work for them rather than wasting energies on fuelling sentiments of its people against Pakistan in a bid to win upcoming election.
