Steps of “youth empowerment” in Pakistan lauded

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister, Usman Dar and HC of Malaysia to Pakistan Ikram Bin Ibrahim vowed to enhance cooperation of Islamabad with Kula Lumpur. Avenues of mutual interest for “youth empowerment” through technical and training conversed during the talks. Ikram Bin Ibrahim briefed the SAPM on various steps his government is taking for the socio-economic development in Malaysia. He lauded the Pakistani Government for the uplift and empowerment of its youth, which comprises 64% of the population. He expressed hope that both countries can work together for exploring various avenues for socio-economic empowerment of Pakistani youth. He conveyed his commitment for offering scholarships to Pakistani students in Malaysian universities.
