Court orders to lodge case against fraudster brothers

Chakwal: Additional District & Sessions Judge, (ASJ) Ejaz Gondal has ordered the Station House Officer (SHO) of city Police station to register a case against 3 fraudster brothers who manage to disappear with a rented car amounting Rs 1.4 million.
The petitioner Syed Gul Shah has lodged a complaint through his counsel Khawaja Khalid Farooq stating that Ehsan Shakir, Muhammad Abdullah and Muhammad Irfan, three brother got a car on rent from his showroom for 40 days on self drive and the amount Rs 1 lac and 20 thousand was settled as a rent for said period. They paid Rs 20,000/- in advance and took the car with them.
Ameer Khan resident of village Tharpal was their guarantor and assured that he knew three brothers and they would honor the agreement signed with you. After the expiry of 40 days, the accused not only turn up the rented vehicle but switched off their mobile phones”, the petition added.
The petitioner further told that he went to Gujranwala but the accused did not return the car and contented that the accused had sold out the car and they were reluctant to give it back.
The court after hearing the arguments from both parties ordered the SHO of the City Police Station to register a case against accused.
During the hearing, the counsel of petitioner has also produced more than 30 FIRs that were lodged against the accused brothers in various cities including Sialkot, Dina, Gujranwala, Mangla and Gujrat Police stations.
