ISLAMABAD: Crude oil prices decreased by around three percent in the international market on Monday. At 1510 hours GMT, West Texas Intermediate was trading at $39.40 a barrel after losing $1.20 (-2.96 percent) while Brent crude was available at $41.70 a barrel with a decrease of $1.15 (-2.68 percent) as compared to their values on Friday last. Meanwhile, price for Opec Basket was recorded at $41.06 a barrel with an increase of $0.61 (+1.51 percent), Arab Light was available at $41.59 a barrel with a decrease of $0.73 (-1.73 percent) while price of Russian Urals remained $39.60 a barrel without any change.
