ISLAMABAD : Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar has said that Covid-19 positivity ratio is higher than three percent after 70 days.
He said that the spread of virus can only be controlled by taking precautions. National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has tightened restrictions on public activities.
