ISLAMABAD, November 10 (Online): PPP central leader and senator Shireen Rehman has expressed grave concern over derogatory remarks used by Ali Amin Gandapur against female politicians and called upon him to tender apology from them or resign.
In her video statement on Tuesday she said why PTI is keeping mum over Ali Amin Gandapur speech. Gandapur should tender apology forthwith or resign from his office.
“We will make consultations in connection with the meeting convened by speaker National Assembly, she said adding party leaders are present at different places at this time. PPP will make consultations with other opposition parties.
She underlined speaker NA has made his role and character controversial. If speaker runs national security committee on the pattern of national assembly and joint session then it will become very difficult, she added.
