Faiq Shah demands inquiry report of petrol crisis to be made public

PESHAWAR, December16: Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah has demanded that the inquiry report of those who amassed wealth by creating artificial petrol crisis should be made public as they haven’t deserved for any leniency or mercy.

Talking to members of the business community here on Wednesday, Faiq Shah said that the action was not taken yet against the mafia, which had highly propagated, whereas the nation was still awaiting the probe report of the commission consisting regarding flour, sugar scandal and debts, he added.

The party leader noted that the Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan made tall pledges but, he added that the enforcement of these commitments is completely ‘zero’.

For the last several decades, Faiq Shah said the people have caught up in the cage of profiteers, as the government and administration have seen helpless before the mafia.

He said the ground realities have always been kept hidden regarding occupant mafia, Karachi circular railway project or electricity, petrol and gas crisis that proved instrumental for powerful political elites to continuously carry out exploitation of the poor masses.

The ATP chairman maintained that the mistreatment is promoting extremism in the society. He stressed the need for practical steps to get rid the nation from clutches of oppressive forces and deliver them justice on real grounds, which is the prime responsibility of the state.

Faiq Shah reiterated his resolve that they want to resolve public issues at vicinity and province level through engagement of the people, which will be accomplished with vigorous efforts and struggle because, he added, the ATP has already launched a sustainable awareness movement across the country in this regard.

The ATP leader observed that youth have our precious asset and leading troops of his party’s ongoing awareness campaign in the country. He hoped that day is not far away, when speedy justice will be delivered and available for everyone.
