NEPRA Authority visited the Headquarters of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) and Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) on 11th and 12th March, 2021 respectively wherein the respective Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) briefed them about their plans and preparations for provision of reliable and un-interrupted power supply to consumers during the upcoming summer season especially in the Holy month of Ramadan.
NEPRA Authority directed the management of HESCO & SEPCO for improvements in the service delivery vis-à-vis availability of power supply by removing the system constraints, provision of new connections within stipulated time and timely redressal of consumers’ complaints.
