ISLAMABAD, April 02 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned the hearing of all routine cases till April 11 in the face of new corona wave.
Registrar office IHC has issued notification in this regard under the directives of Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Athar Minallah.
According to notification only the cases of important nature will be heard till April 11. The cases of bail, stay order and emergent nature will be heard.
The cases of important nature will be fixed for hearing with the approval of CJ IHC.
