ISLAMABAD: The bail pleas of PPP senior leader Khurshid Shah has been fixed for hearing in the Supreme Court (SC). A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Mushir Alam will hear the case on April 15. The other two members of the bench are Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Qazi Muhammad Amin. NAB pleas seeking cancellation of the bails of co-accused in Khurshid Shah case have also been fixed for hearing. The court has issued notices to prosecutor general NAB and others. Khurshid has resorted to the court in connection with his bail in assets case. Online
