PESHAWAR: The provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has reconstituted the BoD of KP Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KP-EZDMC), said a notification issued by Industries, Commerce & Technical Education Department here on Friday. The Secretary to the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Industries, Commerce & Technical Education Department will continue as Chairman, Board of Directors KP-EZDMC. However, selection of the Chairman from amongst the independent directors be kept open as an option. The members of the Board of Director will include Secretary Finance, Secretary P&D and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) KP-EZDMC as public sector members while independent members will include Zahidullah Shinwari, Inam-ul-Haq Mughal, Hassan Farid, Zia Mohammad, Sahibzada Saleem-ur-Rehman, Shabana Mehmood, Fayyaz Ahmad Jaral and Tayyab Swati. Required amendments in the Articles of Association shall be made in accordance with relevant provision of Companies Act, 2017. APP
