Police have arrested a man allegedly involved in molesting a mentally retarded girl in the area of Harbans purs here.
According to media reports SP Cantt told the media men the accused has been idnetified as Rashid kabaria. The accused wooed the mentally retarded 15 years old girl to his shop and he raped her therein.
SP Cantt told the journalsits that the accused has been arrested and case has been registered against him.
