Provincial Minister for Irrigation Arshad Ayub has said that it has been decided to make laws effective to prevent water theft. Irrigation is necessary for Food security. Farmers should be given priority in water distribution, so that the water problems of the farmers can be solved. Public welfare projects should be completed as soon as possible.
