ISLAMABAD
Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi has expressed confidence over high state of operational preparedness of Pakistan Navy to meet all challenges. The naval chief said this while chairing the Command and Staff Conference, which concluded at the Naval Headquarters on Thursday. Matters related to geo-strategic milieu, national security, operational preparedness, training and welfare of troops were reviewed. The forum reviewed the evolving maritime security situation of the region and reaffirmed solidarity with the people of IIOJK for their rightful struggle of self-determination.
The Command and Staff Conference is the apex decision making body of the Pakistan Navy in which the chief of the naval staff undertake strategic review of Pakistan Navy’s policies. TLTP
