PPP discusses local bodies act with PSP

Karachi: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Sindh leaders Nasir Hussain Shah and Murtaza Wahab Sunday met with Pak Sarzameen Party (PSP) leadership to discuss Sindh’s local government act and other political affairs, it emerged. According to media reports, PPP delegation requested PSP leadership to postpone protest that has to be held on January 30 and include their suggestions. Chairman PSP Mustafa Kamal said that local bodies act of 2001 should be revived. “If we do better works then PPP will get benefit,” he added. Meanwhile, Nasir Hussain Shah said that they are working in Karachi according to the vision of Bilawal Bhutto. “We are ready to bring betterments in local bodies act,” he concluded. ONLINE
