DIR LOWER: The police in Dir Lower have arrested a hardcore militants’ group commander from Barjokas mountains area in Maidan tehsil, SHO Imran Khan told media on Friday. He said information about the presence of militants’ commander, named Sheheryar, son of Sher Zaman, resident of Atto Shedas in mountains of Barjokas was received. He said a raid was conducted on the hideout and the wanted militant was arrested. Two hand-grenades, a rifle, one Kalashnikov, 84 cartridges and three chargers were recovered from the militant. Police said the militant would face several charges under criminal and terror act. DSP Maidan Circle, Mushtaq, SHO Imran Khan also resented the arrested militant before the media. APP
