PESHAWAR: The speakers Wednesday underscored the need for spreading awareness among masses about conservation and protection of wildlife in the country. Various programs to celebrate International Wildlife Day 2022 have been initiated in Khyber Wildlife Division. The prominent program was organised with Students of Zoology Department, University of Peshawar attended by Vice Deputy Conservator Wildlife, Abdul Haleem Khan Marwat, Chairman Zoology Department Sanaullah, Organizer of the Event Dr. Zaigham Hassan and Chairman CSP. DFO Wildlife Khyber, Abdul Haleem Khan Marwat explained about theme of the Program and said that since 2013 Global Wildlife Day is being celebrated every year to highlight its positive role in ecosystem, food chain, environmental and biodiversity resources.
