PESHAWAR
Awami National Party (ANP) KP president Aimal Wali Khan has strongly condemned the killing of its party youth candidate for General Councilor Village Council Haiderkhel Musurdaur in N. Waziristan by unknown individuals.
The provincial president announced protests in all districts of the province on March 23 on Wednesday (today) against the killing of its party candidate for the second round of local government elections in NW.
In a statement issued from Bacha Khan Markaz Peshawar, Aimal Wali Khan said that district organizations should raise their voice against this wrongdoing and oppression.
The law and order situation in the entire province including Waziristan was getting worse with each passing day, he added.
ANP candidate Musawar Dawar was martyred in broad daylight only because he stood with progressive and democratic thinking.
Aimal Wali said that it was not only the martyrdom of Musawar Daur but also an attack on the thinking and politics of ANP.
