Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif has said serving the people is top priority of our government.
He said this during his meeting with former Chief Minister (CM) Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Hafiz Hafiz ur Rehman who called on the PM here Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, the former GB Chief Minister said the approval of hospital in Chilas equipped with world-class facilities, is no less than a blessing for the people of the area.
He said the approval of Babusar tunnel for year round flow of traffic will not only boost tourism but also the transportation and economic activities of the local population will continue uninterrupted throughout the year.

Former CM GB paid rich tribute to PM Shahbaz Sharif on his directives for completing Diamir Bhasha dam in 2026 instead of 2029.
PM underlined the public welfare projects were ignored in the last 4 years. Now our journey to serve the nation will continue on fast track basis,, he added.
