British Pakistani delegation visits Mardan district

A delegation of British Pakistani visited Mardan district and met with Commissioner and other officials concerned to discuss issues related to investment in tourism and real estate industry in parts of the district and other areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The relevant officials of commissioner office Mardan told here on Tuesday that the chairman of Haven Homes Organization, Muhammad Farooq Khan was leading the British-Pakistani delegation who met the Commissioner Mardan Abdul Jabbar Shah at his office. On the occasion, deputy commissioner Habibullah Arif and other officials concerned were also present. Other members of the delegation were included Haven Homes organization chief executive Azam Khan, Barrister Yasir Gulraiz, Muhammad Abid, Zahid Khattak and Naeemullah Shah.
In the meeting, the Haven-Homes chairman Muhammad Farooq Khan and other members of the delegation expressed their keen interest to make investment in tourism and real estate sectors so that to explore opportunities .
Mr. Farooq Khan told that they were identified as Pakistanis in foreign countries despite of having nationalities of different foreign countries. ‘’We have been residing in foreign countries and facing hardships with the purpose to get best future for their family members,’’ he added.
He claimed that oversees Pakistanis had been playing vital role to boost economy of the country. He said that they wanted to meet with relevant stakeholders with the purpose to devise an effective strategy for safe and secure investment in tourism and real estate sectors.
On the occasion, other members of the delegation also expressed their views and reservations about different relevant issues. They asked the Commissioner Mardan to provide all possible assistance and facilities for promotion tourism real estate investment. They urged that they needed secure and safe atmosphere for their investment in Mardan and other parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Both the commissioner and deputy commissioner assured the British-Pakistanni delegation of all their possible held and assistance regarding their investment in the said sectors.
