PML-N provincial president addresses an event in connection with Youm-i-Takbeer
PESHAWAR
Adviser to Prime Minister on Political and Public affairs Engineer Amir Maqam while congratulating the workers on the eve of Yom e Takbir, said that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) was the founding party of Pakistan who had been taking crucial and important steps to protect the country.
Addressing a press conference in Peshawar, the provincial president of PML-N Amir Muqam said that the people has rejected the politics of anarchy and turmoil.
He added that the country was in dire need of leadership like PM Shahbaz Sharif .
While referring to nuclear tests, he added that despite external pressures, Ex-Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif conducted nuclear tests and made Pakistan the first Islamic and seventh country in the world to become a nuclear power, which was a huge and remarkable achievement .
Highlighting the progress made during various tenures of PML-N government he said that mega projects have been started and would be completed in stipulated time period.
While referring to the rising prices of oil in the country , he added that today’s inflation is the result of weak economic policies of the previous government.
A cake was also cut to celebrate Youm-i-Takbeer during the event.
