PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan has taken notice of wall collapse incident in Lower Dir in which one minor has died and six other children have sustained critical injuries. CM Mahmmod has said that those responsible for substandard construction work would be punished and directed the hospital authorities to provide best medical aid for those who got injured in the incident. Additionally, Mahmood Khan has directed Commissioner Malakand to investigate the incident and submit a detailed report for further action. Rescue officials have also been directed to take immediate action to recover the children from the rubble. According to details, a wall of Government School collapsed in Balo Khan Dapur area of Maidan in Lower Dir. Reports say that as result of the wall collapse, a number of children of the school got injured and one died after evacuation from the rubble.The rescue operation is still in progress for recovering other children from the rubble.
