PESHAWAR
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Special Assistant for Information Muhammad Ali Saif on Monday said that people of Punjab had rejected the coalition of all political parties, Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) in the bye-poll and extended full support to PTI leader Imran Khan.
In a press conference here, he said despite all negative propaganda and analysis the PTI candidates got an overwhelming victory in the bye-poll for which he said the nation, especially the people of Punjab deserve appreciation.
He said that the entry of the PTI leadership was banned in Punjab against the law but unfortunately the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) didn’t take notice of the issue.
He said that PTI has emerged as the only largest political party of the country and demands immediate general elections in the country, adding that the results of the bye-poll have revealed that PTI would get two-third majority in the general elections.
