Attock:Four teenage girls among two sister drowns in river Indus near Mulla Mansoor village near Attock on Thursday, police and rescue 1122 sources said. According to district emergency officer Ali Hussain, four girls who came from Parachinar area of KP to Attock to visit their some relatives living here. He said that the girls identified as 18 years old Sahiba Suleman, 17 years old Ranian Suleman, 17 years old Hadiya Ibraheem and 18 years old Salma Jan went to river for picnicking where one of them loses control due to speedy flow of water subsequently other tries to save them and drowned one by one. On seeing them in distress, people near the bank of river jumped in to the water to save them and successfully retrieved one girl Sahiba in critical condition in 1122 ambulance to tehsil headquarters hospital Hazro. Meanwhile, rescue 1122 was called which launched search and rescue operation and retrieved three bodies and handed over to the family for burial. Attock Saddar Police registered a case and launched further investigation into the incident. Online
