In the tribal district of South Waziristan, Assistant Commissioner Wana Basheer Khan while inaugurating the Monsoon Plantation Campaign planted plants in the scouts camp wana, and plants s were also distributed among the common people.
On this occasion, along with Assistant Commissioner Wana Basheer Khan, the officers of the Forest Department were also present and emphasized on planting more plants in Wana.

Planting trees not only increases the beauty of the area but also cleans the air pollution.
Later Assistant Commissioner Wana told the media that the people of Waziristan Wana should plant more trees to increase the beauty and greenery of the area and the people of Wana should actively participate in this plantation campaign.
He further said that Monsoon Plantation Campaign is going on in the whole province and people are planting more and more different types of trees, so the people of Wana should be part of this campaign and focus on planting more and more trees.
