The commentating panel for the upcoming Asia Cup has been announced, it emerged Friday.
Legendary Pakistan pace duo Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis will represent Pakistan while cricketers from across the world have been picked for the event.
The list of English commentators for the event includes Ravi Shastri (India), Irfan Pathan (India), Gautam Gambhir (India), Russel Arnold (Sri Lanka), Deep Dasgupta (India), Scott Styris (New Zealand), Sanjay Manjrekar (India), Athar Ali Khan (Bangladesh).
Asia Cup 2022 in T20 format will take place in Dubai and Sharjah from August 27 to September 11. The Asian event was shifted from Sri Lanka to UAE due to political and economic crisis in the Island country.
