PESHAWAR: A sixteen-year-old girl was killed by the brother of her fiancé in the name of honor in Chamkani area here on Tuesday morning. Father of the girl, named Noor Muhammad told Chamkani police that her daughter was at home when his nephew, Amanat, son of Wazir Muhammad enter the house and fired his daughter to death. He said his daughter was engaged to the brother of the assailant. Police informed that the girl was engaged with her cousin Abid however she had left her home five months back and returned some ten days ago. Police said the brother of her fiancé was infuriated with the girl’s act. APP
