In order to inspect the overall security management held in connection with Chehlum Imam Hussain (RA), SSP Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi visited different areas of the inner city.
During his visits, he reviewed the security arrangements on the different routes of procession and interacted with cops deputed on duties.
SP City Atiq Shah briefed SSP Operations regarding security arrangements made for the security cover of the procession in different places.
Kashif Aftab Abbasi also held a meeting with Shia community leaders and assured them full security on the occasion of Chehlum processions.
He issued various instructions to cops on duty to remain vigilant and asked the concerned officials to keep the security tight with the help of BDU and sniffer dogs.
