PESHAWAR: Provincial General Secretary Awami National Party (ANP), Sardar Hussain Babak here on Wednesday rejected the amendments proposed for Bank of Khyber (BoK) Act by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government and said that it was an attempt to promote nepotism. In a statement issued by Bacha Khan Markan, he said that PTI government was busy facilitating their party workers by distributing provincial assets among them. He said from the last nine year, the leadership of PTI was looting public resources and gobbling up the assets of BoK besides shifting BoK building in Islamabad. Babak alleged that provincial finance minister has appointed Managing Director BoK on Rs4.5million monthly salary ignoring policy of merit. He said that BoK has a vast building in Peshawar, however, provincial government acquired a building in Gulberg Green, Islamabad on high rent. He said that PTI has planned to induct 160 blue eyed people in BoK Islamabad which is unwise and injustice to the Pakhtun nation. APP
