The Acting Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani calls on Pakistan’s ambassador to Afghanistan Obaid-ur- Rehman Nizamani at Governor House Peshawar on Monday.
Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani congratulated the career diplomat Obaid-ur- Rehman on appointment as ambassador to Afghanistan and expressed best wishes for him.
On this occasion, Acting Governor Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani said that a peaceful and stable Afghanistan is in the interest of Pakistan and the region.
He said that it is inevitable to increase the capacity of the Pakistan Embassy in Kabul, adding that the embassy will play an effective role for the timely provision of visas and other facilities to the people of both sides.
Mr Ghani maintained the people of Pakistan, especially KP and Afghanistan are bound in brotherly relations.
