Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah has called for freeing rich natural resources from clutches of elites and to tap them efficiently to make country economy stable, sustainable and self- reliance.
He, furthermore, stressed the elimination of politics based on personality and interests to establish real democracy in the country.
Chairing a meeting here at the party’s central secretariat on Saturday, Shah said his party is a concrete wall against the cruel segments and has been active across the country to get rid people from this oppressive class/group.
He went on to say that the work of parliament is making legislation in parliamentary democracy.
He added powers should be delegated to people at grassroot level.
Here, he noted parliament is fighting for its own ego and self.
On the other hand, Shah noted the rising issues are erasing people rapidly.
Everything is going in the opposite direction and against the constitution in every sector, Faiq noticed.
He vowed to give justice and authorities to people at any cost.
There will be no compromise in this regard, he added.
World is taking benefits from democracy but here we are carrying out exploitation of our own people, the ATP chief remarked.
Shah described that it isn’t democracy but this is a game of personalism, individual fight and interests, which should be eradicated and bring real democracy at any cost.
“We’re fighting for dams, water, wheat and sugar for the last 75 years”,
He, however, said Allah Al-mighty has blessed Pakistan with resources and natural wealth.
Shah alleged the elites are pushing people toward personality slavery by grabbing these rich natural deposits.
The party leader reiterated his stance that they will get justice for people, saying that youth have played a leading role in ATP struggle for public authority and justice.
Our prime objective is to deliver justice to every segment of the society at their doorstep, Shah vowed.
