ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister and Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) Shazia Marri said Wednesday government is providing 5000 families 25000 rupees each as per the program. According to the Prime Minister’s Cash Relief program, she said, more than 2.5 million families have been compensated. In a statement on Wednesday, the minister shared details of funds distributed amongst the flood-effected families. She said that government was ensuring utmost transparency during the process.
