Forced marriage with 5 years old girl
ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice (CJ) Federal Shariat Court (FSC) while hearing suo motu notice related to incident of forced marriage with a five years old girl has sought detailed report from Balochistan government. CJ FSC Syed Muhamamd Anwar took up the case for hearing. Additional Advocate General (AAG) Balochistan appeared before the court and took the plea two accused who are involved in the incident have been arrested. Five years old girl has been recovered. Raids are being conducted to arrest Nikah khawan. The court while summoning detailed report from Balochistan government adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period. The forced marriage incident was reported in the area of Khuzdar Balochistan. Earlier CJ FSC has declared child marriage Unislamic and against the constitution. APP
