To get informed of christen community problems, sub divisional administration organized a kuli kachehri(open court) here in Landi Kotal, sub-division of Khyber last day.
Beside assistant commissioner,(AC)Landi Kotal Irshad Mohmand,member provincial assembly(MPA)for minority Wilson Wazir, tehsil mayor Haji Shah Khalid additional AC Ashrafuddin,officials of various departments and large number of the minority community members participated in the moot initiated in Christian colony.
Addressing on the occasion AC,Irshad Mohmand said Christians are respected members of our society and we applaud their services, they render for the development of the country.
The government is aware of the minority problem and will adopt all necessary steps to resolve it, he remarked.
He maintained that in the nearby Muslims community, the minorities are unrestricted to serve their lives as per their will.
The administrative highup and the MPA assured that the government will leave no stone unturned to work for the welfare of minorities.
Prior to it, Aarshad Maseeh, elder of the Christian community and others apprised the officials of the miseries being faced by them.
