PESHAWAR: Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) and parliamentary leader of Awami National Party (ANP) Sardar Hussain Babak has submitted an adjournment motion against the increasing inflation, lawlessness and unemployment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly. “Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been ruling in the province for ten years but the party did not pursue any policy to provide the people with any relief. He said that the PTI government has failed to control price hikes, growing inflation, unemployment and lawlessness across the province,” says the written application submitted to the speaker. The motion said that PTI has been pursuing poor and anti-people policies in KP and the provincial government had violated the constitutional rights of the province. “At the moment the price hike and unemployment have made the life of the common man miserable,” says the motion. ANP lawmaker added that millions of people have been forced to leave the province due to fear of extortionists and kidnapping for ransom. “Chief Minister, Acting Governor, Ministers and PTI lawmakers were indulged in blocking roads and playing politics while the public has left helpless before the rising incidents of terrorism and other issues,” he added and said that Chief Secretary, IGP and administration of the province are being used for political support of PTI chief Imran Khan and his long march against the incumbent government.
