PESHAWAR
As many as 130 more people affected by dengue virus in all across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and now the number of people affected by dengue virus in the province has reached 21870, an official of the Health Department told media men here on Saturday.
The maximum number of cases reported in Peshawar is 58 and now with this the total number was 9218, the official disclosed. He said, 13 dengue cases were reported in Mardan, the number increased to 4015, 18 new cases in Lower Dir, 17 in Bannu and 16 in Swabi, he informed.
During the last 24 hours, 8 more patients have been admitted to the hospital and now the total number of patients has increased to 24. He said, 18 people have died of dengue in the province so far this year.
