ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has adjourned for indefinite period the hearing of petition seeking dismissal of the case of treason against PTI leader Shahbaz Gill. During the hearing of the case Chief Justice (CJ) of IHC Aamer Farooq inquired has trial started and challen been filed. Has indictment been done. The state counsel told the court the copies of the challan have been distributed. The accused is going to be indicted today (Tuesday). The court while addressing counsel for the petitioner remarked challan has been filed and you can now resort to trial court. The hearing of the case was adjourned for indefinite period. ONLINE
