ISLAMABAD: Islamabad capital police continue crackdown against vehicles having black paper and tinted glasses and special squads are also constituted to take action against the vehicles, a police public relations officer said. He said that, following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr. Nasir Akbar Khan, Islamabad capital police constituted special squads to take action against vehicles having tinted glasses and black papers in the capital city. Following these directions, Islamabad capital police issued 20,050 fines against vehicles having tinted glasses. The Chief Traffic Police officer said that these measures aim to enforce a zero tolerance policy as it is a moral responsibility to spread awareness regarding road safety while enforcing laws. DNA
