ISLAMABAD: In the Noor Muqaddam murder case, the call data and location records of plaintiff Shaukat Muqaddam’s mobile phone have been presented to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday. IHC Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan heard the case against the punishment of the culprits in the Noor Muqaddam murder case. Plaintiff Shaukat Muqaddam’s lawyer Nisar Asghar gave arguments and told the court about the incompetence of the police to write the incident at 10 o’clock in the FIR while the time of police officer Zubair’s arrival at the spot is said to be 9:55. The plaintiff’s lawyer told the court that the mobile phone of the victim was seized and a recovery memo was prepared and sent for forensics while the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number is detected through CDR.
