KHYBER: Munir Khan Afridi was elected President while Zakir Afridi was chosen as General Secretary in annual election of Bara Press Club held here on last day. Saeedullah Afridi was selected by ballot as vice-President and Jahanzeb Afridi Finance Secretary for 2022-2023 cabinet. Members of the Bara Press Club utilized their right of votes. Number of media persons from Jamrud and Landi Kotal press clubs attended the election process as observers carried out in Bara press club. Earlier, the election committee comprising by its chairman Hussain Khan, Khyalmat Shah Afridi, Shafiq Afridi and Qadeer Afridi conducted the election. People from different walks of life visited Bara press club and congratulated the new office bearers of the press club. The newly elected President vowed that he would utilize all energies to work for the betterment of the journalist community of Bara. Our Correspondent
