Director Information Noor-ul-Hadi said on Monday that the key role of the provincial information is playing an important role in providing authentic information to the public regarding government initiatives taken by the government for the development in various sectors.
He said that the information department is playing a key role in building trust between the government and the people in addition to providing information related to government initiatives.
Noor-ul-Hadi said that the Pakhtunkhwa FM radio stations managed by the Department of Information can play a better role as an important medium for providing timely and correct information to the people about the performance of the police.
He expressed these views during a meeting with Regional Police Officer (RPO) Malakand Region Sajjad Khan in Saidu Sharif. In the meeting, he was informed about the professional responsibilities of the Information and Public Relations Department of KP
Regional Information Officer (RPO) Swat Nizamuddin and officers of the Police Department were also present on this occasion.
He said that the Department of Information has made every effort to provide information and initiatives at the government level and Pakhtunkhwa FM Radio Network has performed its duty in a very professional manner.
