Provincial minister for labour, culture and parliamentary affairs Shaukat Yousifzai has said that the purpose of All-Party conference organized by Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) is to protect “ theft and looted money” of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) senior leadership, saying Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will bag majority seats in upcoming general elections.
He said “under the leadership of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is on the path of progress and development”.
Yousifzai maintained that PDM leadership has allegedly planned to halt the ongoing development in the province.
He expressed this in a video statement while giving his reaction to the All-Parties Conference called by JUI-F.
“Maulana Faza-ur-Rehman staged a sit-in against the PTI government but now he has observed pin drop silence over the skyrocketing prices of essential commodities,” he added.
Those who talk about the law and order situation in KP in reality are allegedly making attempts to disturb the peace of the province, he added.
The provincial minister said that our province is adjacent to Afghanistan and terrorism upsurge in the province is the responsibility of the federal government, he added and said the PDM is running away from elections because they cannot face voters owing to unprecedented inflation.
He said that the constitution and democracy are being flouted in the country, the province is not being given its constitutional right, which is injustice to this province.
Police and security agencies are constantly making sacrifices to ensure law and order situation in KP, Shaukat Yousafzai said and added that the rulers in the 27-kilometer area failed to hold local government elections in the provincial capital.
The provincial minister said that KP is developing under the leadership of Chief Minister Mehmood Khan and alleged PDM for creating hurdles in the way of its development.
