PESHAWAR: Commando injured in the CTD Compound Bannu operation has succumbed to his injuries and has been martyred, Police Control confirmed here Saturday. According to detail one Commando Zafariab was in a life and death struggle for three weeks and succumbed to his injuries. With this the total number of forces and police martyrs who were martyred in the operation against terrorists at the CTD compound has reached 7, he confirmed. On December 18, 2022, Bannu CTD compound was attacked and taken over by terrorists but in a successful operation all the terrorists were killed by the security forces and took the CTD Compound from the terrorists occupied.
