ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has withdrawn its order of confiscation of property of Finance Minister (FM) Ishaq Dar. Judge Muhammad Bashir of AC Islamabad released the written decision for withdrawing the order of confiscation of assets of Ishaq Dar. AC released the decision about the accounts and assets following the withdrawal of NAB reference against Ishaq Dar. The bank accounts of Ishaq Dar have been restored following the release of this decision. The court remarked Ishaq Dar has surrendered and trial has ended due to lack of jurisdiction. The prosecutor also said the court should issue proper order as per law. Therefore, the order of confiscation of assets of Ishaq Dar is taken back. The AC had ordered to confiscate the assets of Ishaq Dar on December 11, 2017 in assets reference.
