A friendly cricket match between the employees of the Provincial Assembly Secretariat was played at Hostel 2 Ground Peshawar University. Team Green led by AS Hidayatullah won the toss and decided to bowl first in which AS Hidayatullah, Abrar Bacha, Muhammad Shahzeb and Adil Mehmood took 2 , 2 wickets.
While Team Blue, led by Muhammad Ayaz who is also the coach of PCB Level One, batted first and set a target of 206 runs for the loss of 8 wickets, in which Khawaja Sikandar 69 and Chota Sikandar 50 runs.
Team Green’s performance was also excellent. In which Amjad Khan DS scored 33, Masood Rehman 39 and Adil Mehmood scored 35 runs while batting best on the long partnership to score 204 for the loss of 7 wickets in the scheduled overs.
Captain Ayaz took 4 wickets, Umar Farooq, Sikandar Hayat and DS Jahanzeb took 1, 1 wickets due to the excellent bowling line of Team Blue and Team Blue won the match. Muhammad Ayaz got the Man of the Match title.
