SSP Operations visits Sarband police station

Senior Superintendent of Police Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi on Monday visited police station Sarband and connected police posts at the outskirt of the provincial capital to inspect the security arrangements and the level of alertness of the cops.
According to an official statement, the SSP Operation paid the visit to the posts in the context of the volatile security situation.
During the visit, SP Saddar division Malik Habib and other officers were also present.
The SSP Operations directed the officers and cops deputed on different spots to take necessary measures for their safety during duty.
He also issued special instructions to the police officers and officials in view of the current law and order situation in the province.
He also strictly instructed the police personnel to ensure the use of bullet-proof jackets and helmets.
Operations chief also directed the police officers and personnel to take necessary measures for their security at night and to conduct intelligence-based operations against the miscreants.
Kashif Abbasi while appreciating the performance of police force maintained that police were ready to fight against the recent lawlessness and foil any kind of attempt against them.
“The history of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police is full of bravery and sacrifices,” he added.
